The Heiwa Hostel is a historic preservation project that creates an adaptive reuse for a historic building that has been let go. This historic building was one of the first places Japanese people settled in Huntington Beach, CA. The design was influenced a the Japanese color palette while enhancing the gorgeous land surrounding it.
